Personoplysningerne registreres hos Heilmann ApS og opbevares i 5 år, regnet fra udgangen af det pågældende regnskabsår hvor ydelsen er leverret, hvorefter oplysningerne slettes.
Infomation is kept in accordance with Danish law.
We use an encrypted connection (SSL) but a 100% security can never be guaranteed in relation to transmission of data. There is always a risk that others ilegally steals information when data is transmitted online. Therefore, you provide your personal information at your own risk.
Ændringer i vores håndtering af persondata-oplysninger kan blive nødvendige, hvorfor vi forbeholder os ret til at opdatere/ændre nærværende retningslinjer for håndtering af personoplysninger.

Indsigt og berigtigelse af dine oplysninger registreret hos Heilmann ApS.
Deleting on demand (see below).
Dataportabilitet, dvs. at du efter anmodning kan få udleveret de oplysninger du selv har afgivet til Heilmann ApS i et struktureret, almindeligt og maskinlæsbart format.
Possibility of withdrawing your accept. The withdrawal of your accept does not affect the legality of the handling based on previously given accept.
Possibilty of objecting to profiling.
Possibility of demanding a restricted handling of personal information.
Som kunde hos Heilmann ApS har du til enhver tid ret til, at besigtige og berigtige dine oplysninger ligesom du har mulighed for at trække samtykket til behandlingen af personoplysninger tilbage.
Du kan til enhver tid anmode om, at få dine personoplysninger hos Heilmann ApS slettet. Dine oplysninger vil blive slettet på din anmodning, såfremt et af følgende kriterier gør sig gældende;

In case of disagreement:
Enhver tvist mellem Heilmann ApS og kunden søges løst imellem parterne, såfremt dette ikke lykkedes, afgøres denne i Byretten i Danmark under dansk lovgivning.
